On Wednesday we had a school assembly for Holocaust Memorial Day.
It was quite a solemn but very respectful tribute to all those over the years since the Second World War that have lost their lives in terrible circumstances.
Primary 7 presented the story of the cruelty that happened under Nazi Party rule in Germany during the Thirties and Forties.
They told the story of Anne Frank. You can view their accompanying PowerPoint here as a PDF.
Our parish priest Father Roddy led the school in prayer.
We also had a minute silence to reflect.
